Purgatory

The center of Eidolon. Trapped in an eternal, but peaceful winter, Purgatory houses The Docks and is often seen as the "in-between" for every other realm. The higher one travels, the rougher the terrain and weather get. Amongst the mountains, above the tree line, thunderstorms and lightning are very common. Taiga biomes are very common here along with frigid temperatures. Most ghouls live in secluded cabins or camping sites, but the most reclusive of ghouls live high on the snowy peaks in caves. The bravest of ghouls go up into the mountains in search for something, guided by tales of treasures and fearsome foes.
