Most of the ghouls residing here live in apartment complexes or townhouses, and enjoy the leisure of modern technology such as cars, phones, and electricity. Modern Ghouls end up living here more often than anywhere else, as they feel at peace being in an environment that reminds them of their past life. The weather is often foggy and rainy, although there are occasionally sunny days. A lot of ghouls looking to start a family and those who prefer city-life move here after they cease to be a living.
